CLEAR SCOPE AND OWNERSHIP
Know what
to expect.
A room-by-room plan, an agreed equipment list and a tested setup with household guidance. Begin with an assessment; installation follows an approved scope.
Pricing and service arrangements
Assessment, installation and equipment are quoted separately as applicable. Home layout, wiring access, device compatibility and specialist requirements shape the cost. Existing systems are reviewed before promising integration.
Responsibilities and service limits
Electrical, alarm, building-access and other specialist work is identified during assessment and separately arranged with appropriately qualified providers. Any required owner or building permissions must be in place before work begins.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
A few practical answers.
Can you work with devices I already own?
We begin with an inventory and compatibility review. Supported devices may be retained; unsupported or unreliable components may need replacement before we can manage the complete setup.
Will everything still work without internet?
We identify what can operate locally, what depends on a cloud service and what manual fallback is available. The agreed tests document those limits; offline operation is not universal.
Does a firewall make my home completely secure?
No. A security gateway is one layer alongside account protection, updates, device settings and appropriate network separation. We review these together and explain the remaining limits.
Can I add ongoing support?
Yes. Managed home care is scoped separately after reviewing the installed system, supported devices and your household needs. Support hours, included work and any site visits are agreed before enrollment.
