You've shipped or handed over your device to us for repair - an estimate is generated and an initial charge is required for Parts, Shipping and Diagnostic before proceeding with repair and delivery of device.
Estimated turnover time from diagnostic to repair for most cases is 4-7 days. Return shipping varies by carrier and agreement.
We travel to you and are able to fix problems on site. Together, we coordinate delivery of parts (or diagnosis) together. Once part is delivered, we schedule onsite visit based on availability.
You need someone that will act immediately on your issue - no problem! We coordinate part delivery or diagnostic and as soon as part is delivered, we fix your computer the same day.
Typically takes between one to two hours from beginning to end of fix.
