DEFINED SCOPE. COORDINATED DELIVERY.

Your project.
Our part, defined.

Technology project support for contractors and MSPs. Bring Yaksha Consulting a defined cabling, workstation, office move, or hardware consulting scope—and let’s establish the work, responsibilities, and handoff.

WHERE YAKSHA FITS

One project.
A clear work package.

Define a package of work alongside your team. The proposal confirms the selected tasks, quantities, staffing, schedule, and completion checks.

01

Structured cabling

Scope computer and network cable installation, terminations, patching, labeling, and cable organization. Agree on pathways, testing requirements, documentation, and any specialist responsibilities before work begins. Explore cabling →

02

Workstation deployment

Plan equipment unboxing, asset tagging, desk setup, and connections for computers, monitors, docks, and peripherals, with functionality checks defined by your IT team.

03

Office moves & reconnects

Coordinate the disconnection and reconnection of IT equipment, desk cable management, and a record of outstanding issues. Agree on move sequencing and the division of responsibilities with your movers and IT team.

04

Hardware consulting & coordination

Clarify equipment requirements, dependencies, task ownership, and acceptance criteria before committing to an implementation. Explore IT consulting →

FROM REQUIREMENTS TO HANDOFF

A practical way
to work together.

01 / SHARE

Send the requirements

Describe the site, work package, quantities, target dates, and bid deadline. Start with a nonconfidential summary; we can agree on a suitable way to exchange project documents.

02 / DEFINE

Confirm scope & availability

Review access, staffing, supervision, equipment, materials, and project-specific requirements. Confirm coverage and schedule before committing to a proposal.

03 / DELIVER

Agree on completion

The accepted proposal sets responsibilities, communications, change handling, and handoff requirements. Identify the checks and documentation needed to close the agreed work.

BEFORE YOU SEND A REQUEST

Practical answers.

Can you work alongside our team or existing MSP?

Yes. We can discuss a defined project scope while your team retains its agreed responsibilities. Establish the project lead, client communication, escalation process, and handoff before work starts.

Can we include Yaksha in a bid or proposal?

Send the work package, location, bid deadline, and participation requirements. Scope, pricing, availability, and any commitment to participate need to be confirmed before Yaksha is named as a committed delivery partner.

Which locations and working hours do you cover?

Yaksha is based in the Bronx, New York. Coverage, travel, staffing, and day or after-hours scheduling are reviewed for each project. Include the site location and required work windows in your inquiry.

How do you price a project?

Quantities, site conditions, access, working hours, materials, testing, and handoff requirements shape the quote. A site review may be needed before a price and schedule can be confirmed.
